The GHL is created
San Jose (AP) - Today at a press conference at San Jose State
University, it was announced that a new fantasy hockey league
would be started. The league shall run under the banner of the
best player ever to skate in any league, Wayne Gretzky. The
Gretzky Hockey League has begun.The commisioner of the new league is Andrew Pierce, who comes with much excitement to control this new fantasy league. Pierce also released some of the details about the league. "The reason I have so much excitement is because we will be one of many pioneering leagues that are testing a new system called Black Ice," said Pierce. "It is said that this system is the best fantasy system ever, perhaps double the quality of the famous and widely used FHL by Batesoft." Currently, there are no General Managers to take over the new teams, but soon openings will arrive and a list created. Pierce says that an opening of a list should occur not long from now. "I hope to have the league organized and prepared for the opening of the Black Ice system," commented Pierce. "I think if we're ready for the system when it comes, the league can commence the playing of games very quickly."
